Inspired by the scripture, "...when you are in the service of your fellow beings, you are only in the service of your God," our founders, Sir Ronald and Ma'am Jocelyn Orcuse, embarked on a mission to establish a school that would provide quality education and nurture young minds. With a passion for teaching and a dream to build a haven for learning, they founded Nicolites Learning Center (NLC), which later evolved into Nicolites Montessori School (NMS).

            Sir Ronald Orcuse, a cum laude graduate of Batangas State University with a degree in Secondary Education, Major in English, holds a Master's degree in Administration and Supervision, also with honors. He also finished Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas. With experience as a Principal at an international school in Lemery, Batangas, and as a TESOL Certified Instructor, Sir Ronald brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to NMS.

            Mrs. Jocelyn Orcuse, a graduate of B.S. in Elementary Education with specialization in Mathematics, attended training for Teaching Montessori Curriculum sponsored by the US. Together, our founders envisioned a school that would provide quality programs, activities, and instructions tailored to each child's needs.

            NMS aims to be a center of learning that produces young learners who are mentally alert, physically strong, and morally upright. With a focus on curriculum development and instruction, we've grown from a preschool with 20 students to a thriving institution offering programs from Pre-school to High School level. We've expanded to include Senior High School tracks such as ABM, HUMSS, STEM, and TVL.

            NMS passed the certification conducted by PEAC in 2014 and became an ESC provider. Since then, we've continued to shine, providing quality education and nurturing young achievers. Today, NMS is a New Haven for young learners, where little achievers are produced and made.
